As its name suggests, this casting reel is as strong as an ox. With a 12 kg drag, this reel can stop any predator. The SPRO Ox reel was built with a rattle in the drag system, which is unique for a casting reel. The Ox has a 5.3:1 gear ratio and an oversized handle, making it comfortable to use with big baits. Note that this model still benefits from a fairly fast ratio, allowing you to cover a maximum amount of ground in a short time.
