Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
After this period, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted, except in the case of a proven product defect.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be new, unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition in which you received it,

  • be complete, meaning with all its accessories, labels, protectors, and original packaging intact,

  • be accompanied by the proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Any product showing signs of wear, use, dirt, washing, or damage cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will be refused, and the products may be reshipped to the buyer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • gift cards,

  • personalized or custom-made items,

  • promotional or sale items, except in case of non-conformity or proven defect.

These exclusions apply in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Return Procedure

Before any return, the customer must contact customer service at the following address: contact@jkfisher.fr, specifying:

  • the subject of the message (after-sales service, return request, delivery problem, etc.),

  • the order number,

  • their first and last name.

No return request will be processed without this information.

Once the request has been validated, the product must be shipped to the following address:
JK FISHER – 16 Allée Van Gogh, 33160 Saint-Aubin-de-Médoc, France.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective product upon receipt.
The risks associated with transport (loss, theft, damage) are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore strongly advised to use a shipping service with tracking and insurance for any return over €75.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will inform you by e-mail of its successful receipt and the result of the inspection (approval or refusal).

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days, minus any initial delivery fees and return fees, unless it is due to our error.

Refunds may be delayed until effective receipt of the returned items or until proof of shipment is provided.

Partial or Refused Refunds

Partial or refused refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • item showing signs of use or wear,

  • item returned incomplete, damaged, or without its original packaging,

  • return made beyond the legal 14-day period,

  • item not corresponding to the initial order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items upon receipt.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer service at contact@jkfisher.fr before any return.
The exchange will be made within the limits of available stock. If the item is no longer available, a refund or credit note may be offered.

Items Received as Gifts

If the item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, a credit or gift voucher equivalent to the amount of the returned item will be issued after receipt and validation of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued directly to the customer who placed the order.
