Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union.
Shipping is done via Colissimo with tracking. When orders involve high-value products, customers are strongly advised to select delivery with a signature.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the type of delivery and the amount of your order:
- Orders under €10, delivery costs €3.99
- Colissimo home delivery, tracked parcel: €4.99 for orders between €10 and €70.
Shipping costs are FREE for all orders over €70 in Metropolitan France.
- For international orders within the European Union, delivery costs €18. For purchases over €250, delivery is free.
What are the preparation and shipping times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours when the product is in stock (average indicative time).
Orders are delivered to customers within 5 to 7 business days.(average indicative time)
How can I check the status of my order?
After an order is placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our shipping centers, from which your item will be dispatched.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can then track the delivery progress on our website in the "Track My Order" tab using your email address and order number.
How to place an order?
