MAGNUM DERABALL

Developed at the request of Gael Even and Thomas Vogels from JACKALL, the MAGNUM DERABALL expands the ILLEX range with a version that is 20% larger in size and volume, while retaining the unique concept that made the original model a success.

A hybrid between a crankbait and a shad, this compact, dense soft swimbait imitates a frog, a small fish, or a small rodent. Its spherical shape allows for long-distance casting and easy skipping under overhanging branches. When retrieved linearly, its tight swimming action generates strong vibrations, ideal for triggering attacks from predators in shallow waters, under vegetation, near bank cavities, submerged wood, weed beds, water lilies, or rocky areas.

Originally designed for shallow depths, it can be used deeper by adding a free tungsten weight. Its "line thru" rigging system allows the leader to pass through the lure so that it slides up the line during the fight. The lure is equipped with a high-quality reinforced treble hook, fitted with two attachment antennas and mounted on a rolling swivel offering 360° rotation to limit unhooking.

With a larger profile, amplified vibrations, and greater displaced water volume, the MAGNUM DERABALL targets large predators such as pike, black bass, large perch, and catfish. A fun, powerful lure resolutely aimed at specimen fish.
