ALPAX SW

The ALPAX SW 3.0 is a spinning reel renowned for its reliability, a model we've offered for two generations. This SW (Salt Water) version incorporates necessary modifications to reinforce it, enabling it to confidently tackle marine predators. The Alpax SW's body, rotor, and spool are made from anti-corrosion aluminum, and its progressive waterproof drag ensures secure fights regardless of the conditions.

The Alpax SW in size 4508 is designed for bass fishing and medium to medium-heavy applications.

The more robust Alpax SW in sizes 6008 and 8508 feature a reinforced main shaft and line roller, as well as an infallible continuous anti-reverse system. They have been successfully tested in the Indian Ocean against 4 to 6 kg Skipjack Tuna, Snappers, and even a forty-pound Sailfish. The Alpax SW regularly makes long trips to Mexico, in pursuit of Roosterfish, Bonito, and Trevally. Its reinforced carbon disc drag will also handle the powerful runs of tuna in this weight range very well. We unhesitatingly recommend the Alpax SW 3.0 for sessions on European coasts or for light exotic applications.
