Sakura offers you Fluorocarbon Leader for making your leaders. The line is a crucial link in the chain that connects you to the fish and will allow you to reach, or not, Nirvana!
Fluorocarbon Leader is an essential component for making a leader for sea fishing. Made from 100% PVDF fluorocarbon, Sakura Fluorocarbon Leader combines invisibility and abrasion resistance to reduce breakages from friction on fish teeth or contact with obstacles.
These features of the Fluorocarbon Leader allow you to significantly reduce the risk of breakages and present your lures as best as possible in clear waters, by moving them away from the more opaque and visible braid.
Specifically designed for making leaders, in saltwater and freshwater for pike and other predators, the Fluorocarbon Leader is transparent so as not to arouse the suspicion of carnivores in clear and intensely bright conditions.
For pike fishing, Fluorocarbon Leader gauges of 65.56 and 107 lb will be adequate and will provide good cut resistance. For finer fishing where the spots are cluttered, smaller diameters will be perfectly suitable (Bass, Sea Bass, etc.).
