DEXTER EEL 150

The DEXTER EEL 150 is a soft, eel-shaped lure designed for tracking predatory fish. It incorporates some of the DEXTER SHAD's strengths, particularly its soft yet durable rubber, heart-infused with the "NITRO BOOSTER" crustacean attractant. It can be rigged and used in multiple ways (jig heads, wide gape offset hooks for Texas or weightless rigs, as a swimming jig trailer, CRAZY CRUSHER blade jig, or CRUSHER spinnerbait). The DEXTER EEL's swimming action was designed to offer an alternative to large shad-type soft lures. The low-frequency waves emitted by the DEXTER EEL are felt from afar by the lateral line of predatory fish, but do not arouse their suspicion. Retrieved in a straight line, it can be cranked quickly without stalling to cover ground. At very slow retrieve speeds, it already comes alive, allowing the animation to be slowed down when passing a marked holding area. This is also an asset for triggering attacks from older fish who see it as a slow and easy prey. Initially designed for tracking specimen pike, it also demonstrated great performance during tests on large catfish, as well as in the sea on pollock and meagre.
