Tapered and hollow, its design has been specifically developed to reduce hook-setting issues encountered with this type of lure. It is made from salt-impregnated plastic and flavored with a shrimp-based attractant.
It will generally be used for flipping and pitching, where the claws can be removed when the lure's bulk needs to be reduced.
It is primarily intended for Texas-style fishing such as Texas rigs, weightless rigs, or Carolina rigs. A hybrid use with a TP Speciale Tube is also formidable for large perch.
